Opportunity’s Front Door is Dominium’s scholarship program for our employees, our residents and their dependents. Our goal is to break down financial barriers and provide easier access to certification programs and higher learning – helping close the gap between potential and opportunity. The application window for 2026 is NOW OPEN, with up to 400 scholarships totaling $2 million available. If you or your dependent is enrolled (or plans to enroll) in either a two-year or four-year college or certificate program, we encourage you to apply! At Dominium, we firmly believe that talent lives everywhere. And opportunity lives here.
Trade School Award
Dominium's Trade School Award Program reopens on September 15, offering another round of awards to employees, residents and their dependents pursuing vocational or trade education.
Scholarship for Residents
This program will assist residents and their dependents living at Dominium-owned properties who plan to continue their education in two-year or four-year college or certificate programs.
Scholarship for Employees
This program will assist both full-time Dominium employees and their children who plan to continue their education in two-year or four-year college or certificate programs.
