Natalia Chavez is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Chavez is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. She joined Dominium in January of 2021.
Previously, Chavez was a Project Manager for the North Shore Community Development Coalition in Salem, MA where she was contracted to support staff on pre-development activities, including market research, preparing loan and grant applications, community engagement, and due diligence execution. Chavez also spent a summer working at the Rappaport Institute for Greater Boston and HYM Investment Group.
Chavez holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University, a Master in City Planning from Boston University and a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. In addition, she has a professional affiliation with the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization.

Nash Chute is a Capital Markets Analyst for Dominium. Chute is responsible for the development of the business, negotiations, financial modeling and strategic initiatives. He joined in August of 2021.
Previously, Chute worked as a Property Management Intern and Portfolio Analyst at Dominium.

Rodrigo Dorador is a Development Associate for Dominium. Dorador holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Santa Clara University.

Evan Holmes is a Development Associate for Dominium. Holmes is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in August of 2020.
Previously, Holmes was a Real Estate Analyst for Dean Realty Group, and a Real Estate Corporate Banking Intern with Regions Bank. He is currently a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
Holmes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

She joined Dominium in April of 2021.

Gloria LaFleur is a Senior Development Coordinator for the Mountain West Region. LaFleur is responsible for working with internal and external clients to ensure the timely completion of the due diligence process from loan origination through closing and post-closing on multi-family housing loans. She joined Dominium in August of 2019.
Previously, LaFleur was a Project Coordinator for WolfNet Technologies.
LaFleur holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from St. Cloud State University.

Mark Lambing is a Senior Development Associate for Dominium. Lambing is responsible for assisting with new project development, acquisition, and financing. His daily responsibilities include working with project partners and developers in analyzing new projects and negotiating with lenders, investors and third-party vendors. He joined Dominium in January of 2017.
Previously, Lambing was a development intern at Dominium and an acquisitions intern for a private equity start-up in New York City.
Lambing holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Financial Markets & Investments from Ball State University.
Ron Mehl

As Senior Vice President and Project Partner, Ron Mehl is responsible for new project development, acquisitions and financing. In addition, he analyzes new acquisition opportunities, determines project feasibility, oversees design and construction, partnership restructuring, and negotiations with lenders, investors and third-party vendors.
Mehl has played an integral role in developing Dominium’s senior housing portfolio. He is involved in the re-syndication of Dominium’s existing portfolio of original tax credit projects throughout the Midwest. In 2016, he opened a Dominium Development office in Denver, CO. and is growing the existing Dominium portfolio in a fast-paced, growing economy with great attainable housing needs.
In the past, Mehl has been directly involved with new project development, financing, acquisitions and asset management for a commercial developer. He also worked to support the management of a $400 million portfolio and assisted in the restructuring of $50 million of debt and $40 million of equity.
Mehl is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA. with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting.
Mehl is a volunteer with Housing Colorado NOW! and the Colorado annual housing conference, serving on the Workshop Committee. Mehl also contributes to 3 Hopeful Hearts which provides bereaved parents and families opportunities to honor, find hope and seek healing through events, support, education and remembrance.
Mehl is a founding contributor to the Dominium Foundation which contributes to important housing and social service organizations in the communities where Dominium operates.
Owen Metz

As a Senior Vice President and Project Partner with our Mountain West Region, Owen Metz is responsible for all facets of new project development, acquisition and financing. His daily responsibilities include leading new acquisition opportunities, determining project feasibility, overseeing design and construction, structuring partnerships and negotiating with lenders and investors.
Since joining Dominium in 2006, Metz has worked on the acquisition, renovation and/or construction of numerous apartment communities across the country. He has also worked on 4 different historic adaptive-reuse developments. Further, he has been involved in Dominium becoming the replacement general partner on several distressed apartment communities. In aggregate Metz has helped add more than 6,000 apartment units to the Dominium portfolio since joining in 2006.
Most recently, Metz played the lead role in the successful closing on the redevelopment of the Upper Post at Fort Snelling at Bdote—dubbed the Upper Post Flats. The Upper Post Flats is a long-term partnership with the State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to save 26 historic military buildings that were Minnesota’s very first National Historic Landmark. When completed the community will target the 191 apartment homes to military veterans and their families.
Since taking on a production role with Dominium in 2013, Metz has closed on 24 properties totaling nearly 5,000 apartment units at a development cost of more than $1 billion.
Metz is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin—Madison School of Business with a BBA in both Real Estate and Finance. His professional affiliations include the UW Real Estate Alumni Association, Lambda Alpha International and the Urban Land Institute.
Metz is a is a board member of the Arizona Housing Coalition and founding contributor to the Dominium Foundation, which contributes to important housing and social service organizations in the communities where Dominium operates.

Tanner Nygren is a Development and Acquisitions Analyst at Dominium. He is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects through construction. He joined Dominium in January 2022.
Previously, Nygren was an Acquisitions Analyst Intern for Peak Capital Partners. He is currently a member of the Utah Real Estate Investment Association.
Nygren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Utah Valley University.
Sarah Shambrook

Sarah Shambrook is a Government Relations Manager & Team Lead for Dominium. Shambrook is responsible for supporting Dominium’s relationships with congressional, legislative, and state executive staff and elected officials.
Shambrook is also responsible for managing the Dominium Political Fund and its political contribution strategy.
She joined Dominium in March of 2021. Previously, Shambrook worked as the State Policy Director for a national victims’ rights advocacy organization. She also worked in the private legal sector as a paralegal for both criminal defense and civil litigation attorneys.
Shambrook holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Politics and Society at Drake University and a Master of Legal Studies at Washington University School of Law.
