Blaine Barker is a Development Associate for Dominium. Barker is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in June of 2018.
Previously, Barker was a Development Intern at Raymond Management Company. There, he underwrote potential hotel developments, researched markets to find new development opportunities, and aided in punch list processes for hotels under construction.
Barker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

David D'Amelio is a Development Analyst for Dominium. D'Amelio is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in January of 2020.
Previously, D'Amelio was an Operations Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a Graduate Intern with a multi-family real estate developer in Seattle, WA.
D'Amelio holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in addition to a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development.

Brady DeVore is a Development Analyst for Dominium. DeVore is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in June of 2019.
Previously, DeVore was an Associate Multifamily Broker for Colliers International.
DeVore holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in French from Indiana University.

Khayree Duckett is a Government Relations Associate for Dominium. Duckett is responsible for supporting Dominium’s relationships with congressional, legislative, and state executive staff and elected officials.
Duckett is also responsible for managing the Dominium Political Fund and its political contribution strategy.
He joined Dominium in July of 2020. Previously, Duckett worked for and with local, state, and federal policymakers, most recently as the government affairs director for the Saint Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR).
Duckett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Iowa State University.

Ryan Durand is a Development Associate for Dominium. Durand is responsible for assisting project partners with new project development, acquisition and financing of multifamily properties. He prepares and coordinates financing and equity packages while assisting with design processes and construction management of portfolio properties. He joined Dominium in January of 2019.
Previously, Durand was a Development Intern at Dominium.
Durand holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a minor in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas.

Previously, Hughes was a Development Intern at Doran Companies and President of the Real Estate Club at St. Cloud State University. Additionally, she is a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Agent with Bridge Realty.

Jack Jensen is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Jensen is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction.
He joined Dominium in August of 2020. Previously, Jensen was a Leasing & Acquisitions Intern at Phoenix Investors and President of the Marquette Commercial Real Estate Club.

Logan Kieweg is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Kieweg is responsible for analyzing new projects, preparing financing and equity packages as well as assisting with the design processes and construction management. He joined Dominium in June of 2019.
Previously, Kieweg was a Strategic Business Development Intern at Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority and a Financial Analyst Intern at Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee.
Kieweg holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dylan Klopp is a Senior Development Associate for Dominium. Klopp is responsible for assisting with new project development, acquisition, and financing. His daily responsibilities include working with project partners and developers in analyzing new projects and negotiating with lenders, investors and third party vendors. In addition, he prepares and coordinates financing and equity packages and assists with construction management and design processes. He joined Dominium in September of 2016.
Previously, Klopp has served both as a Development Analyst and Development Intern for Dominium.
Klopp holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Northeastern University – D’Amore-McKim School of Business. He is a Board Member at Richfield Bloomington Credit Union, and member of the Urban Land Institute.

Danielle Kuefler is a Loan Processor for the Central Region. Kuefler is responsible for working with internal and external clients to ensure the timely completion of the due diligence process from loan origination through closing and post-closing on multi-family housing loans.
She joined Dominium in August of 2018. Previously Kuefler was a Documentation Specialist at Winthrop Resources and a Practice Assistant at Stoel Rivers LLP.
Kuefler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Minnesota School of Business.
Ryan Lunderby

As Vice President and Project Partner, Ryan Lunderby is responsible for new project development, acquisition and financing. He is also responsible for analyzing new acquisition opportunities, determining project feasibility, overseeing design and construction, working alongside different partnership restructuring, and negotiating with lenders, investors and third party vendors.
Since joining Dominium in 2004, Mr. Lunderby has been involved with several acquisition/rehabilitation undertakings, as well as new construction and historic rehabilitation projects. Included in these projects is the re-syndication of Dominium's existing portfolio of original tax credit properties throughout the Midwest. Most recently, Mr. Lunderby has played an integral role in Dominium's growth into new markets through new construction of affordable communities, acquisitions of Year 15 tax credit properties and acquisitions of general partner interests from various financial institutions.
Since entering a production role with Dominium in 2010, Mr. Lunderby has closed on over 50 properties totaling more than 7,500 apartment units.
Mr. Lunderby has a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from St. Cloud State University. He is a member of the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Association and Tennessee Developers Council.
Mr. Lunderby is a founding contributor to the Dominium Partners Charitable Fund which contributes to important housing and social service organizations in the communities where Dominium operates.

Neal Route is a Vice President and Project Partner for Dominium. In this role, Route is responsible for assisting with new project development, acquisition, and financing. In addition, he prepares and coordinates financing and equity packages and assists with the construction management and design processes.
Route holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His professional affiliations include the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and the Urban Land Institute.

As Vice President and Project Partner, Jeff Spicer is leading Dominium’s efforts in Texas and help Dominium grow its presence in this emerging market. Mr. Spicer is responsible for originating and overseeing new project development, financing, and acquisitions.
Mr. Spicer joined Dominium in September of 2017 but has a long-term relationship lasting more than 10 years as a consulting partner for Dominium. He has over 25 years of experience in affordable housing where he has worked to develop successful ventures in the state of Texas and across the southwestern part of the country.
Mr. Spicer is an active member of the Texas Association of Affordable Housing Providers (TAAHP), Texas Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies (TALHFA), and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He is also on the TALHFA Board of Directors and the NAHB Multifamily Board of Trustees.
Prior to joining Dominium, Mr. Spicer was co-founder and principal at State Street Housing Development where he developed affordable housing in Texas and the southwest. He currently owns more than 1,000 affordable housing units and has developed over 7,000 units nationwide.
Mr. Spicer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and International Business and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also held a Wisconsin real estate license and has been an active member on many boards.
Mr. Spicer is a contributor to the Dominium Foundation which contributes to important housing and social service organizations in the communities where Dominium operates.
