Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand opening of The Legends of Woodbury, a 216 unit affordable, senior housing development in Woodbury, Minn.

The Legends of Woodbury offers one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes. This community is a pet-friendly and each home features high-efficiency appliances, including washers and dryers. Residents will experience a private patio or balcony space, a kitchen breakfast bar or island and spacious walk-in closets.

The clubhouse that connecting the two buildings include a large clubroom with kitchen, fitness center, pub, card/crafts room, three-season porch, theater, library and salon. Residents will also enjoy the community courtyard, gazebo, grilling area and the heated underground parking garage.
