Dominium Hires New President of Marketing Steve Gilbert
Gilbert to lead Dominium’s marketing and brand strategy

Dominium, a leading afford able housing developer, owner and manager announced today that it has hired Steve Gilbert as Vice President of Marketing. In this role, Gilbert will lead Dominium’s marketing and branding strategy while overseeing traditional and digital advertising, leasing and sales training, and resident retention initiatives.
Bringing more than 20 years of multifamily marketing and brand leadership experience, Gilbert has developed and executed marketing strategies across a variety of multifamily housing categories including lease-up, conventional, LIHTC and Section 8 communities. Prior to joining Dominium, he served as Vice President of Marketing at CSC ServiceWorks. He also held senior marketing leadership positions with AvalonBay Communities, Greystar and Gates Hudson.

Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University Kogod School of Business.

Gallegos joined Dominium in 2012 as a Community Manager in Florida and quickly advanced through leadership roles, including Area Manager and Regional Manager. In 2024, she was promoted to Director of Property Operations, where she revitalized the company’s takeover process by establishing the Property Operations Specialist and File Specialist teams. The creation of these teams have enhanced operational structure and processes, and have successfully led 18 property takeovers since being established.
Yvette holds an Associate of Arts degree from Miami Dade College. She is actively involved in several apartment associations across Florida and serves on the board of the Florida chapter of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network.
