Dominium Hires Teme Uzuz as Corporate Analyst

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Teme Uzuz as a Corporate Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in September of 2018.

In this new role, Uzuz will be working with the Corporate Services on numerous projects. He will mainly be responsible for assisting in executing Ownership’s goals and objectives by preparing advanced discounted cash flow models incorporating partners’ after-tax position of future refinance or sale acquisitions. Uzuz will also be preparing other detailed reports on the property holdings of the enterprise.

Previous positions Uzuz has held include an Analyst Internship for Dominium, where he was a team lead in developing a valuation model and Mortgage Processor for Wells Fargo, where he researched and distributed mortgage files to clients.

Uzuz has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Metropolitan State University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota- Carlson School of Management.

Uzuz is originally from Eritrea, East Africa and currently resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.
