NEIGHBORHOOD NOTES | Summary of MHNA process regarding Pillsbury A Mill development: Twin Cities Daily Planet
February 23, 2012 - After several meetings, the Marcy Holmes Neighborhood Association has voted to support Dominium’s most recent development project for the Pillsbury A. Mill, a Minnesota historical icon.
According to meeting documents, MHNA was pleased with Dominium’s proposal. The group wants to see the historic landmark in use. As such, Dominium’s idea to turn the building into affordable housing for working artists was a hit with the board.
