Dominium Adds Anthony Schulze as Senior Asset Analyst
March 15, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, announced today that it has promoted Anthony Schulze to senior asset analyst at its corporate office in Plymouth, Minn. In this role, Schulze will act as the direct supervisor for analysts within the Asset Management department, administering tasks, balancing workloads and hiring new staff as needed.
Previously, Schulze was an asset analyst, where he was responsible for facilitating the sales of assets set for distribution, assisting in new property takeover, construction and budgets, and market analysis. The promotion was effective February 10.
Schulze holds a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate and finance from St. Cloud State University where he graduated with Latin honors. Originally from Buffalo, Minn., he currently resides in Loretto, Minn.
