Roselawn apartments sell for $3 million: Business Courier

February 1, 2012 -  Courtyard Apartments, located in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Roselawn, will have a new owner as Dominium recently purchased the property for nearly $3 million.

Dominium purchased the property from Aimco for roughly $21,667 per apartment, according to Hamilton county property records. The Section 8 apartment community, built in 1980, will be home to seniors aged 62 and better.

“We’re excited to expand our presence in Ohio and provide senior residents of Cincinnati with an affordable, social and comfortable housing option,” said Jeff Hugget, vice president and project partner at Dominium.
