Ramsey Takes Another Look at Vision for The COR
Dominium wanted to build a 124-unit senior apartment next to the shopping center where Coborn’s is, but the council rejected this proposal in June 2015 because the land it was interested in was designated for commercial development. Gladhill brought this up as an example of the city needing to take another look at the master plan to decide if the vision of The COR needs to be modified.
