R. Dennis O’Riley named new Vice President of Property Management
MINNEAPOLIS – Jan. 11, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, announced today that R. Dennis O’Riley has been named vice president of property management. In this role, O’Riley will be opening Dominium’s Atlanta offices and directing regional managers on day-to-day operations. O'Riley will be managing communities in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Arizona, Indiana, and Ohio.
Previously, O'Riley served as the vice president and director of operations at Flournoy Properties in Georgia. He has expertise and success in all aspects of conventional and affordable property management including stabilized, new construction, and redevelopment/repositioning.
O'Riley is affiliated with both the National Apartment Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management; and has CAPS and CPM certifications. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Eckerd.
Originally from Nashville, Tenn., O'Riley resides in Atlanta.
