Pillsbury Machine Shop Gets a Second Life as Event Center

Developer Schafer Richardson has finished $2.2 million in interior renovation work at the former Pillsbury Machine Shop at 300 Second St. SE. The century-old building will now serve as an event center that can accommodate up to 1,200 people.
