Metropolitan building project is set: STLToday.com
July 13, 2011 - Construction will soon begin on the recently purchased Metropolitan Building in St. Louis, MO. Dominium plans to complete the $25 million project in July of next year. A large portion of the financing for this project is coming from the St. Louis Industrial Development Authority who approved issuance of approximately $21 million in tax exempt bonds.
The Metropolitan Building will be geared toward those of the art community. This 72 unit building will also include studios for painters, sculptors, musicians and dancers.
