Landmarks Association Announces 'Most Enhanced' Awards
Arcade Building built in stages in 1906 and 1918, the downtown building had six floors of retail space in addition to offices. Its main feature is a two-story arcade. By the 1990s the building was vacant. The rehab by Dominium Development has 282 apartments and space for Webster University.
The project’s architect is E + A. Paric Construction was the contractor.
