Dominium Promotes Jason Britten as Regional Manager
March 14, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, today announced that it has promoted Jason Britten to regional manager at its regional office in Oshkosh, Wis. In this role, Britten will oversee the fee-managed Astar portfolio throughout Wisconsin. He will also be responsible for identifying issues and developing resolutions for issues within his region and training, recruitment and development of site staff.
With over nine years of experience at Dominium, Jason is an important asset to the management team. Previously, he was a maintenance technician and later, community manager at Dominium. He is a certified occupancy specialist, a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson and a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker. His promotion was effective March 1.
In addition to his role at Dominium, Britten spends his free time volunteering for Appleton Little League baseball, being an avid Brewers baseball fan, and collecting records. He currently resides in his hometown of Appleton, Wis.
