Dominium has a very strong policy regarding maintenance requests which includes a seven-point check list “regardless of what the work order is,” Jim Mitchell, director of maintenance for Dominium, said.

Dominium has a strict policy of responding to all resident requests within 24 hours. “That is a key component of our customer service,” explains Mitchell. Work orders generated by residents are a top priority for technicians at Dominium.
