Leading the way forward in the 18-acre district, Dominium completed Schmidt Artist Lofts in July 2014. Located in the bottling and brew houses, Dominium’s live-work lofts are 247 units of affordable housing, ranging from studios up through three-bedrooms, and each a unique floor plan. Plus, Dominium built 13 three-bedroom townhomes on adjacent land. Total development cost was upwards of $130 million.
