Dominium Leaders SOAR to New Heights at 2020 Leadership Conference

Dominium invites its leaders to celebrate successes and learn how to improve management skills.

Dominium, a leading Minneapolis-based apartment owner, developer and manager announced that this week they will be hosting their biennial leadership conference in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dominium’s Regional and Community Managers, Maintenance Supervisors and company leadership will be traveling from 22 states to convene in Atlanta to learn, volunteer, celebrate successes and engage with one another. The conference will welcome over 40 sponsors and nearly 400 internal attendees—275 from site and 115 from corporate.

With ‘Developing People’ as one of the core values, a large focus of this conference is to help each other reach their full potential through learning and education, team engagement, employee recognition and volunteering.

Dominium will be engaging in volunteer efforts at the Leadership Conference, as a part of Dominium Gives, to demonstrate the values of giving back to the community and establishing a positive culture amongst each other. During the conference, there will be a leadership panel where employees can ask any questions they may have; a series of keynote speakers including Lisa Trosien, Debbie Phillips and  Ken Bacon; a variety of activities including trash pick-up, laying sod at a local baseball field and partnering with MATTER for a MATTERbox packing experience.
