The senior housing facility will provide 194 affordable apartment homes to Anoka County

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand opening of The Legends of Spring Lake Park. This new community will add 194 units of affordable senior housing in Spring Lake Park, Minn. The development of this property was made possible due to financial partnerships with Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, AEGON, Citi, and Alliance Bank.

Each apartment home at The Legends of Spring Lake Park is complete with open and spacious floor plans, 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a full-size washer and dryer. All apartment homes feature either a balcony or bay window.

Other amenities include a heated underground parking garage, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a community room with cozy fireplaces and full kitchen, a theater room, a beauty studio, and an outdoor community space including seating and grills for resident use. The Legends of Spring Lake Park is conveniently located near many shopping, dining, and entertainment options. 

Dominium has been actively looking for opportunities to develop affordable housing in surrounding suburbs of the Twin Cities and The Legends of Spring Lake Park is one of several apartment communities in Dominium’s “Legends” portfolio in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
