Dominium Signs Commitment to Advance Diversity and Inclusion

The affordable housing developer is committing to diversity and inclusion in the workplace by signing the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today that it has joined a coalition to commit to advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Dominium managing partner, Paul Sween joins more than 550 CEOs in signing the pledge with CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion.

CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Those who take the pledge promise to check their cultural biases, initiate difficult conversations, ask themselves if they are promoting inclusion, leave their comfort zone to learn about the experiences of others, and share their insights with others. The organization’s goal is to create meaningful change by bringing powerful companies together.

“I am proud of Dominium’s commitment to advance diversity and inclusion and to join so many influential business people in signing this pledge,” said Paul Sween, managing partner at Dominium. “We are a leader in our field and it is important that we set a high bar not only for ourselves, but for our industry.  Putting an emphasis on diversity and inclusion is the right decision for our employees and a good business decision for Dominium.”
