MINNEAPOLIS – September 21, 2011 – Dominium, one of the Midwest’s largest affordable real estate development and property management firms, was honored with 28 nominations and nine awards at the Minnesota Multi Housing Association’s 16th Annual MADACS Awards.

Held September 16th, the MADACS Awards recognize owners and associations who have made significant contributions to multi-housing marketing and management through exemplary achievements.

Jon Segner, president and chief operating officer for Dominium, said, “I am very proud of our 28 nominees and nine winners. Our people go to work every day knowing that Dominium is among the top apartment firms in the country. We have great owners with a commitment to affordable housing and the apartment industry. MADACS happens once a year, but our employees are doing the right things all year long.”
