Dominium Promotes Meg Tibbs to Vice President of Operations

Affordable housing leader expands property management executive team by advancing the position of multitalented company veteran

Dominium, a leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager announced today the promotion of Meg Tibbs to the role of Vice President of Operations. In her expanded role, Meg will continue to support Dominium communities through training, communication, policy management and project implementation, while also driving and maintaining industry leading property management standards.

Meg joined Dominium in 2007 and has held a variety of site and corporate roles as she advanced her career, including leasing consultant, assistant manager, community manager, operations training specialist, senior operations training specialist and director of operations. She has experience and expertise in tax-credit and market-rate properties, as well as historic rehabilitation communities. Most recently, she has helped lead critical initiatives to streamline and simplify the company’s resident application and compliance processes.
