Dominium promotes Maureen Reiland
MINNEAPOLIS (September 19, 2011) — Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, is proud to announce the promotion of Maureen Reiland from Compliance Specialist to Regional Compliance Coordinator.
Reiland began her career with Dominium as a Property Manager in Maple Grove, Minn., before moving into her previous position as a Compliance Specialist in Minneapolis. In her new position as Regional Compliance Coordinator for 26 Wisconsin tax credit properties, Reiland’s responsibilities will include training management on proper paperwork procedures and partnering with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) to ensure all compliance regulations are met. Her work will be based out of Dominium’s headquarters in Maple Grove.
Originally from Madison, Wis., Reiland is currently residing in Minneapolis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology, and is looking forward to the new experiences and growth opportunities this position will offer.
