D’Amelio to oversee new project development, acquisitions and financing

Dominium, a leading national affordable housing developer, owner and manager announced today that it has promoted David D’Amelio to Developer. In his new role, D’Amelio will oversee new project development, acquisitions and financing.

“David is highly accomplished and a rising star in the ranks at Dominium,” said Nick Andersen, President of Development at Dominium. “With Dominium setting its eyes on new markets where the need for affordable housing is high, we’re confident that he will use his talents to open new doors for us to enter.”

D’Amelio joined Dominium in 2020 as a Development Analyst and progressed through a series of roles over the past six years in which he took on greater responsibilities while delivering outstanding results. In 2025, D’Amelio played an instrumental role in helping the company expand into the state of Oklahoma through his work on The Scott, a new construction project in Oklahoma City that will provide 184 high-quality affordable apartment homes in the city.

Prior to joining Dominium, D’Amelio had just graduated college and had interned with a multi-family real estate developer in Seattle, WA. D’Amelio was also an Operations Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch prior to that role.

D’Amelio holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations as well as a certificate in commercial real estate development from Cornell Univeristy.
