Dominium plans $95 million conversion of brewery: GlobeSt
October 17, 2011 - Dominium will host a kick-off event on October 26 at the Rathskeller in St. Paul to acknowledge the start of renovations on 15 acres of the recently purchased Schmidt Brewery complex. Dominium has purchased two of the brewery buildings, and plans to build an affordable, 250 unit artist live-work loft apartment complex.
Dominium Senior Development Associate, Owen Metz explains, "This site has been through a number of failed developments, and we want to hold this event to let people know that this is really going to happen this time."
