Dominium Hosts Open House For Lovell Project
Representatives from Dominium answered questions and listened to feedback from residents concerning the apartment complex planned for the Lovell building site, located at Lovell Road and Lexington Avenue.
Easels showed the tentative plan of what the four-story apartment building would look like inside and out. What used to be an elementary school and city hall, by winter of 2020, will be a place where tenants can live.
