Dominium Hosts Grand Opening of The Legends of Champlin

The affordable senior housing facility will provide 184 affordable apartment homes to Hennepin County.

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand opening of The Legends of Champlin, which will add 184 units of affordable senior housing in Champlin, Minn.

Each apartment home of The Legends of Champlin is complete with open and spacious floor plans, large walk-in closets and 9-foot ceilings. Other amenities include heated underground parking, an on-site beauty salon, a theater room, a fitness center, a community room with a fireplace, and craft and card room. Outdoor amenities include a landscaped courtyard with a firepit, outdoor seating areas, a dog park and many walking paths.

The Legends of Champlin is one of several apartment communities in Dominium’s “Legends” portfolio in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Currently, the portfolio consists of The Legends of Apple Valley, The Legends of Cottage Grove, The Legends at Silver Lake Village, and The Legends of Columbia Heights. These properties, and additional Legends properties that are under construction or opening soon, make up 2,100 units of affordable senior apartments located across the metro area. Additional Dominium properties meeting the needs of this market include Cavanagh, Cambric, Grainwood, and River North. These properties are also conveniently located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and provide residents with similar amenities.
