The affordable senior housing facility will provide 163 affordable apartment homes to Dakota County

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand opening of The Legends of Apple Valley, which will add 163 units of affordable senior housing in Apple Valley, Minn.

Each apartment home at The Legends of Apple Valley is complete with open and spacious floor plans, 9-foot ceilings and a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include a heated underground parking garage, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a community room with cozy fireplaces and full kitchen, a theater room, and a beauty studio. The Legends of Apple Valley is conveniently located near many shopping, dining and entertainment options. 

The Legends of Apple Valley is one of several apartment communities in Dominium’s “Legends” portfolio in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Currently, the portfolio consists of The Legends of Champlin, The Legends of Cottage Grove, The Legends at Silver Lake Village, and The Legends of Columbia Heights.
