Dominium Hosts Grand Opening of The Legends of Cottage Grove

The affordable senior housing facility will provide 184 much needed units to Washington County

Dominium announced today the grand opening of The Legends of Cottage Grove in Cottage Grove, Minn. Dominium acquired the land in October of 2016 and broke ground on the apartments in December of 2016.

Each apartment of The Legends of Cottage Grove is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-home laundry. Other amenities include a clubroom with a fireplace and kitchen, outdoor common spaces, a salon, a card and craft room, a theater, a fitness room, and underground and surface lot parking.

The Legends of Cottage Grove is one of several apartment communities in the “Legends” portfolio in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Other Legends developments include The Legends of Woodbury, The Legends of Champlin, The Legends of Apple Valley, The Legends at Silver Lake Village, The Legends of Columbia Heights, and The Legends of Spring Lake Park. Each Legends apartment community is 100 percent affordable senior housing.
