Dominium Hires William Tully as a Portfolio Analyst
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and 
manager, announced hiring William Tully as a Portfolio Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in April of 2019.
In this new role, Tully will be working with the Asset Management team. His responsibilities will entail evaluating the physical product and operations of a portfolio of apartment communities. He will assist with refinancing, sale and re-syndication and communicating property management plans and goals.
Tully comes to Dominium from a previous position as an Investment Banking Research Analyst at Boulevard & Co.
Graduated from the University of Minnesota, Tully has a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the Carlson School of Management.
Tully is originally from Fort Walton Beach, Florida and currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
