Dominium hires Thomas (TJ) McElroy as Vice President of Capital Markets

Dominium announced today that it has hired Thomas (TJ) McElroy to fill a new role as Vice President of Capital Markets.

Dominium created this new position to fill a critical need on its development team providing an extension of the company’s financing capabilities and enabling the organization to continue to expand its portfolio and grow in key regions across the United States.

As we continue to expand operations, it is vital that we have the right team in place,” said Mark Moorhouse, Managing Partner and Senior Vice President of Development & Acquisitions, Dominium. “Thomas’ new role is key in helping us achieve our company growth goals and enable us to continue to provide much-needed affordable housing to our residents and the communities we serve.

McElroy recently served as Senior Investment Associate on the North American Assets team at Castlelake, a global private investment firm managing funds and vehicles. A Dominium alumnus, McElroy worked for Dominium as a Development Intern and a Development Associate between September 2012 and August 2014.

McElroy holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Opus College of Business.
