Dominium Hires Ryan Durand as a Development Analyst
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Ryan Durand as a Development Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in January of 2019.
In this new role, Durand will be responsible for assisting Project Partners & Developers with new project development, acquisition and financing. In addition, Durand will prepare finance and equity packages and applications, as well as analyze financial feasibility of new development and acquisition opportunities.
Previously, Durand was a Development Intern at Dominium. Prior to that, he worked for Synergetic Endeavors as a Development Associate.
Durand has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Minor in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas.
Durand is originally from Eagan, MN., and currently resides in St. Paul, MN.
