Dominium Hires New President of Human Resources

Kelina Willis becomes Vice President of Human Resources, bringing her extensive background and significant expertise in HR to Dominium

Dominium, a leading affordable housing developer, owner, and manager announced today that it has hired a new Vice President of Human Resources (HR), Kelina Willis. Willis will oversee all aspects of Dominium’s HR team and functions and will be located in Dominium’s Atlanta office while supporting all Dominium offices, sites, and teams across the company.

Willis brings an extensive background and expertise in HR to her role at Dominium. She has a proven track record as a people-driven business leader and has notable experience in rental housing. She also has experience in performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, change management and succession management.

Prior to joining Dominium, Willis was Vice President of HR for Brandywine Homes USA and HR director for Firstkey homes of Atlanta and Marietta, Georgia. She has also held key leadership positions for Automatic Data Processing in Alpharetta, Georgia. Willis holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida State University and a master’s degree in human resources management from American Intercontinental University. She also holds certifications in professional human resources (PHR) and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
