Dominium Hires Jonathon Fuentes as a Property Accountant
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Jonathon Fuentes as a Property Accountant in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in January of 2019.
In this new role, Fuentes is responsible for all day-to-day accounting activities of approximately 15-20 properties in the assigned portfolio. Jonathon will adhere to the Accounting Policies and Procedures manual (APPM) set by Dominium and maintain a professional relationship and communicate regularly with Dominium Development & Acquisitions staff, Dominium Management Services staff and lenders who all must work together for the success and profitability of the property.
Prior to Dominium, Fuentes was a Property Accountant for Silverbay Realty Trust Corp.
Fuentes has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the Metropolitan State University.
Fuentes is originally from Minneapolis, MN., and currently resides in St. Louis Park, MN.
