Dominium Hires Joe Zwolski as a Development Analyst
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Joe Zwolski as a Development Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in January of 2019.
In this new role, Zwolski will be responsible for assisting Project Partners & Developers with new project development, acquisition and financing. In addition, Zwolski will prepare finance and equity packages and applications, as well as analyze financial feasibility of new development and acquisition opportunities.
Previously, Zwolski was a Development Intern at Dominium. Prior to that, he held positions as an Advisory Services Intern for Cushman & Wakefield and as a Development Intern for Saturday Properties.
Zwolski has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
Zwolski is originally from Brooklyn Park, MN., and currently resides in Plymouth, MN.
