Dominium Hires Jennifer Fish As A Floating Community Manager

Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, today announced that it has hired Jennifer Fish as a floating community manager.

In her new role, Jennifer is primarily responsible for supporting and assisting in the training of takeover acquisitions. This includes monitoring the aesthetics of Dominium’s properties.

Prior to joining Dominium, Jennifer was a community director at Concord Management where she consistently met occupancy goals, maintained budgets and focused on resident retention.

Jennifer is a graduate of Valencia College with an associate’s degree in marketing. While there, she received a CAM designation.  Professionally, Jennifer is affiliated with both the National Apartment Association, as well as the State of Florida Commissions. She is also currently working on getting her real estate license.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading novels, painting pottery, spending time on her boat, and shopping. She currently resides in Lake Mary, Fla.
