Dominium Hires Francis Singer as a Partner Services Senior Analyst
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Francis Singer as a Partner Services Senior Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in March of 2019.
In this new role, Singer will work with Owners and Project Partners to execute individual financial goals and objectives. Additionally, Singer will review real estate partnership investment cash flow models incorporating partners’ after-tax position transactions into financial plans.
Prior to Dominium, Singer worked at KleinBank as both a Corporate Tax Specialist and Financial Analyst.
Singer has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University. Singer also has his CPA.
Singer is originally from Excelsior, MN, and currently resides in Maple Grove, MN.
