Dominium Hires Amelia Kimball as a Property Accountant
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Amelia Kimball as a Property Accountant in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. She joined Dominium in March of 2019.
In this new role, Kimball mainly be responsible for all day-to-day accounting activities of approximately 15/20 properties within her assigned portfolio. Additionally, Kimball will be monitoring property expenses, analyzing trends in financial data, as well as interpreting information and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenditures.
Kimball has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Concordia College, Moorhead. She is also a CPA in training.
Kimball is originally from Minnetonka, MN, and currently resides there as well.
