Dominium Earns Top Honors for Management at St. Louis Properties
MINNEAPOLIS – June, 2011 – Dominium, one of the Midwest’s largest affordable real estate development and property management firms, earned recognition as the Management Company of the Year at the annual 2011 St. Louis Apartment Association’s awards banquet.
Dominium was chosen for the award based on multiple criteria including financial performance of its properties, high occupancy rates, company training programs and community involvement.
