The developer completed a $7 Million rehabilitation of the Houston, Texas property

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand re-opening of Quail Chase a 248-unit affordable housing development in Houston, Texas. The property underwent a $7 Million renovation and has updated interior and exterior amenities.

Quail Chase offers reimagined one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Upgrades to individual apartments include brand-new in-home washers and dryers, new LED lighting, fully-equipped kitchens with granite countertops and energy-star rated appliances, all-new plumbing fixtures and extra storage. Common area renovations include a full remodel of the existing clubhouse building, featuring a brand-new club room and kitchen, fitness center, computer room, theater room and upgraded maintenance and leasing offices.

Quail Chase has enhanced amenity spaces, including the installation of an outdoor splash pad play area, a large playground, a turf play field, a bus stop and an outdoor seating pavilion complete with grilling stations. Exterior updates include the installation of new roofs on all buildings, as well as gutter and splash block replacement throughout the site.
