Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand re-opening of Lakecrest Village, a 224-unit affordable housing development in Houston, Texas. The property underwent a $15 Million renovation and has updated interior and exterior amenities.

Lakecrest Village offers reimagined two and three-bedroom apartments and four- bedroom townhome units. The clubhouse was demolished and replaced with a 5,400 square foot building, with a new fitness center, clubroom, theater, management space, and a 900 square foot community space with warming kitchen, library, computer station and flexible seating.
