Dominium Announces Grand Opening of North Range Crossings

Property News

The development provides 216 units of much-needed affordable housing to the Denver metro

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand opening of North Range Crossings, a 216-unit affordable housing development in Commerce City, Colo. Dominium has a local development office in Denver.

North Range Crossings offers one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes, all situated within three-story walk-up buildings. The development combines state-of-the-art amenities with classic Colorado features like stone and stucco. The common area between buildings includes a courtyard, a grill space, a pool, a spa, playgrounds, a bike barn, a dog wash and a maintenance facility. The community also features detached garages and carports.

Each home includes 9-foot ceilings, open and spacious floor plans, granite countertops and energy-efficient plumbing fixtures. The community also features a clubhouse with a beautiful fireplace, wood-beamed ceilings, a catering kitchen and an on-site fitness center and yoga studio.

“North Range Crossings was built with the intent of being superior to market-rate homes in the area,” said Ron Mehl, Vice President and Project Partner at Dominium. “The amenities of this affordable housing community were designed to meet the needs of active, working individuals and families. North Range Crossings would not have been possible without the help of Key Bank, Alliant, Barings, Colorado Housing Finance Authority, City of Commerce City and the Commerce City Housing Authority.”

North Range Crossings is conveniently located near multiple dining, shopping and entertainment options, and is a short drive from Denver.
