The developer completed a $3.4 Million rehabilitation of the Dallas, Texas property

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand re-opening of Beckley Townhomes, a 100-unit townhome community in Dallas, TX. The property underwent a $3.4 Million, or $34,000 per unit, renovation and has updated interior and exterior amenities.

Beckley Townhomes offers reimagined two and three-bedroom townhome apartments. Units were upgraded with new granite countertops, energy efficient LED light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and more. 

Significant work was completed to address deferred maintenance on the exteriors, with new exterior lighting, new unit entry and garage doors, painting of all buildings, and landscaping improvements. The clubhouse also was completely renovated to add a new fitness center and resident clubroom. The business center, supportive service and management space were renovated. Upgrades were also made to the pool, picnic area and playground.

Beckley Townhomes is located south of downtown Dallas at the intersection of I20 and I35E, providing easy access to the entire Metroplex.
