Dominium Acquires Arbor Cove
MINNEAPOLIS – Jan. 12, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, today announced the acquisition of Arbor Cove, a single-family affordable housing rental development in Donna, Texas.
The Section 42 development has 120 single family rental homes and was built in 2006. It was acquired from Wells Fargo as part of a larger portfolio of troubled properties.
“Arbor Cove has been financially successful in a strong market and we are excited to add the property to our Texas portfolio,” said Mark Moorhouse, Project Partner and Senior Vice President of Development for Dominium.
