Cottage Grove Senior Housing Project Heads for Approval

This project, by Plymouth-based Dominium, would offer affordable rental units and has perks such as a fitness room, salon, club house, library and community kitchen. Council members and some city staff toured a similar Dominium property and said the amenities could be a draw to local seniors.
