Closer look at plans for Pillsbury A Mill site: Star Tribune
March 2, 2012 - Despite several apartment development projects taking place in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul areas, the one that is drawing quite a bit of attention is Dominium’s proposed project to turn the historic Pillsbury A Mill into an artist loft apartment complex.
Dominium Senior Development Associate, Owen Metz, explained that “the company is nearing the end of a lengthy approval process. Next week the Minneapolis City Council's Ways and Means Committee will review the project, before another hearing with the Historic Preservation Commission.”
