Cedar Ridge Apartments will get an upgrade: Hudson Star-Observer
January 20, 2012 - Cedar Ridge Apartments, located in Hudson, Wis., will get a new face as Dominium has finalized purchase on the two 36-unit buildings. The Hudson City Council authorized insurance of $8.3 million in revenue bonds, which Dominium will use to purchase and renovate the property.
Constructed in 1993, Cedar Ridge offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes; each home includes a patio or balcony. Renovations for each home will include new countertops, cabinet doors, drawer fronts, sinks and faucets, window blinds, bathroom vanities and hardware.
The exterior renovations will include new picnic areas, as well as parking lot repairs, new sidewalks and landscaping.
