Dominium Acquires Cathy's Pointe
Development and management company adds 120 units to Texas portfolio
May 2, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, today announced the acquisition of Cathy’s Pointe in Amarillo, Texas.
Built in 2007, the housing complex has 120 units. Cathy’s Pointe is the final piece of a five property portfolio acquired from Wells Fargo. With this acquisition, Dominium now owns or manages over 2,500 units throughout the state of Texas.
