A Place to Call Home: Senior Housing Complex Gets OK in Cottage Grove
Plymouth-based Dominium is planning a 184-unit apartment building offering affordable housing for seniors. The project would be on a roughly 5-acre site along East Point Douglas Road, near White Pine Senior Living.
Construction is planned for late August or early September, said Patrick Ostrom, Dominium development associate, coming after the company secures funding and submits building plans.
Ostrom told the Cottage Grove City Council there is about a 14-month construction schedule, meaning the complex would be slated for completion in October 2017.
