Albertville approves I-94 project agreement; Discusses proposed rental property: Albertville Community News and Voices
January 26, 2012 - Albertville City Council members met with Ron Mehl, Dominium project developer, last week to discuss Dominium’s impending purchase of Karston Cove 3rd Addition from Centra Homes, a 29-unit townhome development.
After deliberation with a few of the city council members, they came to the conclusion that Dominium will provide a future presentation to all of the council members to discuss the merits of the project and answer questions.
